Job Responsibilities
Missions:
1. Supplier relationship maintenance and sourcing support
2. Sample follow-up
3. Documents maintenance
Main activities:
- Prepare a procurement plan and procurement schedule, including product development;
- Manage the supply of new plants to agreed deadlines;
- Assess the capacity of the plant and process and ethical requirements;
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on collecting samples, production and shipment arrangement;
- Monitor replenishment from suppliers with procurement officers;
- Evaluate the introduction of a new provider to ensure proper documentation and process is finished;
- Help on sourcing factories, develop partnerships with key suppliers to negotiate better prices and get flexibility;
- Follow closely the merchandising/sourcing process stipulated by company;
- Ensure compliance with production schedules;
- Manage and automate the database suppliers /products;
- Ensure the updating of marketing elements onto One-Drive (HD pictures, assembly instructions; artworks, factory profiles).
- Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior.
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment;
- Commercial, Strategy Development, and Negotiations skills;
- Results oriented and able to independently create and deliver;
- Decision Making / Problem Solving;
- Proficiency in English and good PC literature
