【Type】:Full-time + Commission
【About the Role】
We’re looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid inbound-outbound sales role, focused on converting leads, uncovering new opportunities, and cross-selling our full suite of financial products—Islamic Super, Home Finance, Investments, Car Loans, and more.
If you know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and close deals without sounding like a robot, this is for you.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion
61 Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads from website, app, phone, and referrals
61 Qualify leads, assess needs, and match them with the right Hejaz or Halal Money products
61 Follow up consistently, answer objections, and drive leads to conversion
2. Outbound Prospecting & Follow-ups
61 Use HubSpot to build targeted lead lists and execute outbound email/call campaigns
61 Re-engage dormant leads and unconverted inquiries
61 Book appointments for deeper consultations with senior advisers (if needed)
3. Cross-Selling & Upselling
61 Actively identify opportunities to offer additional products
61 Leverage CRM insights and contact behavior to personalise offers
61 Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for conversions and product mix
4. CRM & Pipeline Management
61 Own your pipeline inside HubSpot—log all activity, track stages, and use tasks/reminders
61 Keep lead data clean and up to date at all times
61 Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance with the marketing team
5. Customer Experience & Compliance
61 Communicate with empathy, integrity, and full understanding of our ethical finance values
61 Stay compliant with internal procedures, scripts, and any regulatory requirements
61 Pass leads to internal advisers or compliance officers as needed for final processing
【About You】
61 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
61 Fluent in English both verbal and written
61 Comfortable with outbound calling, lead follow-up, and objection handling
61 HubSpot or other CRM experience a must
61 Strong commercial instincts—you spot opportunities others miss
61 Organised, self-motivated, and focused on outcomes
【Bonus Points】
61 Experience selling superannuation, home loans, or investment products
61 Familiarity with Islamic finance principles
61 Past success in hitting monthly/quarterly revenue or conversion targets
【Other Instructions 】
61 The basic salary ranges from 12,000 to 15,000. The company will organize a unified training period. After the training, when you officially start working, there will be additional commission - based incentives.
