Job Responsibilities
Manage sales team, grow sales volume/revenue with sustainable/systematic/profitable ways, teamwork with Marketing/Supply Chain/Operation teams, work on business development strategy.
Qualifications
Education Background: Bachelor
Language: Be skillful at English listening ,reading ,speaking and writing.
Capability:
A. Be familiar with both Direct Sales and Distributor business mode
B. Has good track record for big projects secured personally
C. Have managed sales team whose members are over 10 people.
D. Have managed the business of over 100 million RMB revenue.
E. Good learning/adaptation/problem-solving/communication/teamwork/motivation/decision-making/coaching ability
F. Can bear big pressure, accept frequent business trip, have positive/creative mindset, high energy
