80Leading and monitoring outsourced new program component developing process with local suppliers according to APQP process and program schedule, planning & carrying-on supplier manufacturing process level-up activities based on correct understanding on parts & process in order to archive KPI.
80Implement and sustain a Supplier Quality Strategy that drives adherence to DRiV Motorparts Supplier Quality processes and achievement of supplier quality measureables to support motorparts objectives.
80Will also advise/execute on actions to remedy gaps, weaknesses and risks with supplier quality processes and/or identified suppliers for motorparts business unit.
*Key Responsibilities
80Managing and leading supplier’s new program part development progress in according to relevant team’s internal program development schedule.
80Lead new supplier evaluation (quality systems, capability, etc) for motorparts business.
80Support the successful launch of motorparts New Product Introduction (NPI) through a proactive/risk-based approach (PPAP, production trial runs, etc) for sourced product.
80Support to promote the advanced quality planning common procedure/process (APQP,PPAP…) throughout motorparts business base, to make sure NPI flawless launch can meet target;
80Support meet target of supplier quality related index data (SCAR/PPM/PPAP on time rate…).
80Drive respective supply base to develop systemic root-cause analysis and corrective actions for SCARs on DRiV products.
80Support analysis of suspect failure parts for customer complaints and warranty when associated with respective suppliers for DRiV business
80Lead respective strategic supplier development initiatives (training, annual audit…) for motorparts business.
80Interface with Purchasing to escalate problem suppliers
80Support to collect data analysis to assist in sourcing decisions for DRiV in respective supply base;
80Serve as a global contact window for customer complaints when involved internal/external suppliers are located in APAC for motorparts business.

*Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
80Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering
80Deep understanding of Supplier Quality / Development Management processes. Preferred casting, forging, machine, heat treatment, surface treatment process experience, powertrain related work is plus.
80Advanced project management skills with proven ability to lead multi-functional projects.
80Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
80Strong problem-solving competency and experience on 8D, 5why etc.
80Flexible, able to cope with the change and comfortable to handle risks and uncertainties.
80Proactive and customer-oriented
80Minimum 3 years Supplier Quality / Development Engineering experience at automotive industry. Engineer background is preferred.
80Must be able to interact with all disciplines within the organization; both internally and with suppliers.
80Willing to accept task assigned by manager.
80Open to Travel.
