17479-Mechanical Engineer

- NPDI project management in compliance with PLM from M200 to M600

- Or as a key project member, take responsibility for LC mechanical design

- Work closely with other team, like Mfg. /SCM/Quality team to reach NPDI team target

- Well understand requirement and well control cost/schedule/risk

* Pre-Study project (20%)

- Collect potential requirement and push ideas to pre-study project

- New technique, new method, new process research

- Innovation idea generate, prove, introduce

* Product maintenance & Customer cooperation (30%)

- Maintain and continuous improve on existing products, Including quality improvement, cost reduction, green design/manufacturing

- Support our customer to improve quality and reduce cost and provide technical service

- Internal support to other teams, like manufacturing/SCM/quality

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

* Master degree with mechanical background(MUST)

* At least 2 years' experience in mechanical design(MUST)

* Excellent with 2D/3D SW skills, prefer with Creo (MUST)

* Experienced as a key mechanical designer participated in new product design(PLUS)

* Familiar with structure force analysis like FEA analysis(PLUS)

* Good capability in project management (PLUS)

* Good English in both oral and written(PLUS)

* Love technology, desire to learn, problem-solving ability, strong adaptability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit (PLUS)
