生产主管

1.Implement harnessing production plan, production quality and environmental control (IPC) .

执行线束生产计划，产品质量和环境控制;

2.Arrange personnel and equipment capacity.

合理安排人员与设备产能;

3.Continually improve production efficiency, monitoring the efficiency of process units to reduce the production cycle time

不断提高生产效率, 监控每个工艺单元的效率并优化生产准标工时

4.Ensure production quality and control waste according to defined procedures.

确保产品质量，控制浪费;

5.Further develop an SAP-based material and process management in order to improve efficiency and realize cost reductions.

控制SAP材料用量和过程管理,以提高效率,实现成本降低;

6.cost planning and control.

成本计划&控制;

7.Planning the production based on customer delivery requirement and ensure meet OTD target.

按客户要求合理安排，确保达成OTD目标。

8.Coordinating with logistic, quality, technical and production department to smooth the production flow.

与物流，质量，技术部门保持良好沟通，确保生产顺利流转;

9.Monitoring and reducing the In-Process Inventory.

监控并减少在制品;

10.Set up the KPI for production supervisors and take part in production personnel performance management, organize a clear substitute for key persons.

确立生产部门相关人员的绩效考核, 关键岗位人员替代者确认;

11.Quality system effectively implemented.

质量体系有效实施;

12.Continual Improvement & Follow 5S Principle.

持续改进和遵循5 s原则。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历。

2. 5年以上生产管理经验，线束行业经验和工艺背景。

3. 能吃苦，且具备很强的动手能力，能带领产线参与改善 。

3. 能承受一定的工作压力。

4.具备团队协作精神，拥有高度的工作责任感和自豪感，任劳任怨的精神。

5.善于沟通，人际交往能力强。
