61 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology required

61 2-3 years’ experience in production application support or business-facing IT role

61 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data analytics

61 Advanced skills with programming using Scripting language such as VBA/VBS/Power Query/SQL/Database (Access/SQL Server)

61 Advanced skills with Low code platform such as Automation Anywhere/Power Automate/Power Apps

61 Proficiency in Data Analysis (Python/Access), C# (.NET Framework), HTML is highly preferred

61 Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation.

61 An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.

61 The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture

61 Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it

61 Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitor

61 Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels from multiple departments and geographic locations; awareness of cultural differences

61 Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving

61 Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships
