Senior HR Specialist -Recruitment

- Achieve recruitment target according to the company's recruitment plan.

- Work with business departments on the recruitment process, including understanding recruitment requirements, sourcing applicants, screening resumes, interview and assessment, interview organization and arrangement, etc.

- In charge of developing and managing approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.

- Provide recruitment optimizing suggestion through data consolidating associated with recruitment.

- Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree. A command of psychology would be appreciated.

- Excellent capabilities of interpersonal communications and negotiation, interpersonal insight, and analyzing.

- Dynamic, motivated and self-driven, rigorous work attitude, able to work under pressure.

- Desire to study, open minded, positive and proactive.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English.

- Advanced in MS Office.
