职位描述
岗位要求:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are executed and documented in compliance with company policies.
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reports for stakeholders. Review and validate financial data to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Assist in the budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Support ERP/system enhancements for better reporting efficiency.
- Assist in internal/external audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting as needed.
任职要求:
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and management accounting principles.
- Proficient in the use of financial management software.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Professional certification like CPA/CIMA/ACCA
- Excellent language skill in Cantonese and English
