外贸跟单（家电.家具等）

1.本科以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；

2.英语六级或专业四级以上，听说读写流利，能熟练使用英语与客户沟通；

3.具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强，为人踏实性格开朗、吃苦耐劳，注重团队合作；

4.熟悉外贸的整个流程，包括:报价、跟单、回款、等；

5.处理客户邮件等工作，负责国外客户的开发与老客户维护；

6. 利用公司给予的各种资源独立开发海外客户，管理并维护客户关系；

7.跟进订单的执行情况，确保客户的交期，配合相关部门处理客诉等；

8.熟练使用各种办公软件。

Requirements: Fluent English, 1-3 years of experience in foreign trade household appliances, furniture and other groceries, have handled foreign trade orders.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, foreign trade English, knowledge of English is preferred;

2. Cet-6 or TEM-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to skillfully use English to communicate with customers;

3. Have good management, communication, problem solving ability, good negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, down-to-earth personality, cheerful, hard-working, pay attention to team work;

4. Familiar with the whole process of foreign trade, including: quotation, documentary, payment, etc.;

5. Handle customer emails and other work, responsible for the development of foreign customers and maintenance of old customers;

6. Independently develop overseas customers with various resources provided by the company, manage and maintain customer relations;

7. Follow up the execution of orders, ensure the delivery time of customers, and cooperate with relevant departments to deal with customer complaints;

8. Skilled use of various office software.
