- Assure sample quality is the utmost priority, providing the best samples possible and adhering to the brands, standards and features.

- Assure the Cluster is effectively communicating and solving problems

- Assure processes and procedures are communicated to the team and factories.

- Effectively communicate with US design/ develop team in English.

Essential Functions

- Maintains a strong working relationship with assigned customers, including prompt service, addressing all problems and concerns appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

61 Graduation in a Shoe Technical School

61 Above 5 years working in shoe factories in production, development and pre production departments

61 Shoe Technical Certificate

61 Good organizational skills

61 Strong partnering, problem solving, and analytical skills

61 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
