1) Responsible for Methods (Maintenance if not separated) function in an entity. Areas of expertise : Schneider Performance System,process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc...).

2) Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary accountability. Strongly

contributing to leading continuous improvement actions for the site.

3) Plant Lean leader

Requirement

1）Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical/electrical /industry / automation related

2）Minimum 8 years work experiences in quality management related.

3）Good command of English verbal and written skills

4）Proficient in quality tools usage

5）Good leadership, team spirit and presentation skills
