Costing Analyst 成本分析员

This role is based in Huntsman Shanghai Campus.

As the Costing Analyst, your responsibilities are:

- Responsible for daily production costing activities including month end closing, year end standard costing update, new costing flow set up upon business requirement

- Analyze costing results, facilitate the monitoring of actual performance versus forecasts or targets and provide insights for the management team

- Provide Cost forecast to regional and global in time and with high quality

- Support annual budget process for both VC and FC

- Assist Finance controller on adhoc project and business analysis

- Assist internal and external audit and ensure compliance for SOX. PRC GAAP and US GAAP audit

- Closely work with ASSC and supply chain team to ensure the inventory and fixed assets are under good control

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

1. The job holder must be University graduate

2. The job holder preferably has experience and skills in following areas:

- Product Cost accounting and controlling

- Understanding of key business processes

- Excellent knowledge of SAP transactional systems

3. The job holder should possess maturity, experience and interpersonal skills to be able to co-operate with colleagues at various levels in the commercial, production, supply chain, finance and other shared service functions.

4. Good command in English

5.Skills on power BI and Automated tools are preferred
