IT专员(THA)- IT Specialist

1.Take the responsibility of configuration of the IT Infrastructure devices for VOSS;

负责为 VOSS 配置 IT 基础设施设备；

2.Manage servers to keep sync with Germany and make sure all IT operation works well;

管理服务器，与德国保持同步，确保所有IT运行良好；

3.Communicate with China colleagues for routine work or with German colleagues for global projects in a regular basis;

定期与中国同事进行日常工作沟通，或定期与德国同事进行全球项目沟通；

4.Monitor the IT infrastructure status, including but not limited to network / CCTV monitoring / access control etc;

监控 IT 基础设施状态，包括但不限于网络/闭路电视监控/访问控制等；

5.Manage and maintain Company network & FortiGate equipment in Thailand location;

在泰国位置管理和维护公司网络和FortiGate设备；

6.New users onboard training and IT specific topic training, e.g. Outlook / File Server access etc;

新用户入职培训和 IT 特定主题培训，例如 Outlook / 文件服务器访问等；

7.Coordinate production area’s IT support, including industrial control equipment, label printer, scanner and ThinClient etc;

协调生产区域的IT支持，包括工业控制设备、标签打印机、扫描仪和ThinClient等；

8.Remotely support the daily work of Korea / Japan office and solve the problems encountered if necessary;

远程支持韩国/日本办事处的日常工作，必要时解决遇到的问题；

9.Other tasks assigned by the manager.

经理交办的其他工作。

任职资格

1.Bachelor or above degree, major in Computer or Management Information System related to information technology

本科及以上学历，信息技术相关计算机或管理信息系统相关专业

2.8+ years of working experience in IT Infrastructure support in the mid or large size manufacturing company, with the management experience will be a plus

8+ 年大中型制造公司的 IT 基础设施支持工作经验，有管理经验者优先

3.Master in the LAN & WAN network, and rich experience of network cabling and LAN networking

精通 LAN 和 WAN 网络，并具有丰富的网络布线和 LAN 网络经验

4.Strength in the Virtual servers, router, switch, firewall etc. Infrastructure related configuration and model selection

虚拟服务器、路由器、交换机、防火墙等的优势。基础设施相关配置和模型选择

5.Proficient in Windows Server, Computers, Printers etc. daily IT equipment

精通 Windows Server、计算机、打印机等日常 IT 设备

6.Knowing SAP modules knowledge will be a plus

了解 SAP 模块知识将是一个加分项

7.Good communication, and get used the collaboration job under global working environment

良好的沟通能力，并适应全球工作环境下的协作工作

8.Fluent oral English, be able to communicate with the overseas colleague during the Conference call in English

流利的英语口语，能够在电话会议期间用英语与海外同事交流

9.Perfect oral Thai language, be able to communicate with the local colleague smoothly to solve the problems, Chinese speaking will be a plus

擅长泰语口语，能与当地同事顺利沟通解决问题，会说中文者优先
