Senior Sourcing - 家居用品高级采购

-Know the brands marketing strategy of the related products under her/his responsibility and source and propose best options accordingly;

-Responsible for performances of related pool of suppliers (Price index, Service rate, PSI/PST rate, claims);

-Negotiate T&C as per directions set;

-Communicate with customers, mainly buyers, head of departments, also persons from support departments; gather requests and able to deliver achievements on time;

-Coordinate with different internal parties (Quality / Supply Chain / Design…) and help syncing with suppliers

-Travel to factories in China and South East Asia;

-Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior.

Requirements:

-College degree or above;

-3-4 years' experience in related fields

-Knowledge of the product/business environment: both technical and sources aspects;

-Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English; French/German is a plus;

-Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others;

-Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel);

-Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

岗位职责：

-与供应商保持主要联系，独立进行采购、开发新产品，并根据战略方向监控活跃产品组合；

-了解所负责相关产品的品牌营销策略，并据此进行采购及提出最优方案；

-负责相关供应商群体的绩效表现（价格指数、服务率、PSI/PST率、索赔等）；

-根据既定方向谈判合同条款与条件（T&C）；

-与客户沟通，主要包括采购人员、部门负责人以及支持部门的相关人员；收集需求并能够按时交付成果；

-协调不同内部部门（质量/供应链/设计等），协助与供应商同步协作；

-前往中国及东南亚地区的工厂出差；

-完成上级安排的其他与本岗位相关的任务。

岗位要求：

-大专或以上学历；

-在相关领域有3-4年的工作经验；

-熟悉相关产品以及业务的大环境，包括采购以及产品技术方面的知识；

-优秀的中英文书面以及口头表达能力，有法语/德语知识尤佳；

-思维灵活，能够快速融入团队并与他人合作；

-熟练掌握电脑以及办公软件操作（尤其是Excel）；

-能够接受至多一半的出差时间占比。
