84Develop sourcing organization and build up strategy procurement system. Aligning with the overall business objectives and cost saving targets.
84Develop a qualified supplier base; supervise supplier performance & continuously improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-term agreement with key suppliers.
84Evaluate organization performance & benchmark the organization development.
84Lead and manage sourcing teams at each of the locations, providing guidance, training, and performance tracking

Qualifications:
00020202Bachelor’s in engineering or mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred.
000202025-10 years’ experience in a procurement organization.
000202023-5 years experience in managerial position.
00020202Excellent written and spoken English is a must
00020202Solid negotiation skills and effective communication skills internally and externally
00020202High standard of ethics and honesty
00020202Must be willing to travel frequently.
