Customer Trainer（客户培训专家）

The Training Specialist will be involved in the development, continuous improvement, and support of Customer Training educational programs and will work with the training manager to support Regional Training Center operations and deliver results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

61 Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at regional training centers.

61 Lead and support Specialized training programs and academic society events. This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants

61 Work with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs

61 Lead simulation sessions with customers as they prepare for training or to refresh skills before cases, as needed.

61 Support hospital educators in the field by delivering technical training materials and assessing educators’ robotic skills

61 Support da Vinci® Surgical System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center

61 Support administrative tasks and projects for the Customer Training team

61 Coordinate with the marketing team, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure training support is properly allocated to meet the needs of the business.

61 Manage training center logistics, inventory, calendar, and goals; consistently seek operational efficiencies.

61 Negotiate training center contracts & terms in association with facilities and training center partners.

61 Manage the Lab Associates to ensure proper workflow, inventory, budget, and safety adherence.

61 Contribute to budget, resource, and financial planning.

Qualifications

Core Competencies, Skills, and Experience Requirements

61 3+ years of Training / Professional Education / Clinical

61 Bachelor’s degree or higher required preferably in Clinical Medicine

61 Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical disease states, surgical applications, and operating room environment

61 Excellent oral and written communication skills

61 Medical and Training experience preferred

61 Clinical and/or operating room exposure preferred

61 English-language proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.

61 Study or work abroad experience preferred.

61 High capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment

61 Ability to assimilate into new environments and be a highly effective team player

61 Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills and ability to operate independently.

61 Ability to travel up to 40%, dependent upon Training Centers’ distribution.

61 Ability to conduct trainings entirely in English.
