Product Support Specialist

Support Dev-Com to facilitate process improvement initiatives and streamline the workflow. Track the new process implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of cross brands/ BUs (Footwear, Apparel & Accessary) PD metrics, analyze required KPI’s to support the top management making decision quickly.

2. Support manager to improve the report capability & efficiency and reduce manual/ duplicate paperwork. Promote effective collaboration during data collecting among BUs.

3. Support evaluating the existing Dev-Com process effectiveness and facilitating process improvement and workflow streamline. Track the performance of new and/or improved process implementation.

4. Maintain all brands Dev-Com process manuals, guidelines, and instructions. Edit and update the documents per request.

Qualification:

1. Good sense of data analysis and attention to detail

2. Excellent office software skills (Project, PPT, Excel, Visio ...)

3. Good written and verbal communication in English

4. Work independently with result-oriented

5. Curious and eager to learn new things

6. Good attitude and stable
