先期质量工程师/Advanced Quality Engineer

工作任务 Tasks:

1. The team member of the dedicated projects and report the project outputs to project manager;

作为专门项目小组成员，并向项目经理报告项目输出；

2. Interface with customer APQP role and clarify and transfer the customer requirements of APQP into internal;

与客户APQP角色的接口，并将客户APQP的要求传达到内部；

3. Interface with epGermany or other subsidiaries APQP role or quality functions for the APQP required quality-related documents and information and transferred to internal implementation.

与德国或者其他依必安区域APQP或者质量角色的接口，获得APQP的要求的质量相关文件和信息传达到内部；

4. Standardize and maintain the APQP process within R&D PDP (product design process);

标准化和维护内部APQP流程，结合到研发的产品研发流程中；

5. Coordinate internally with SQE about supplier APQP and control the outputs of supplier APQP;

与内部SQE供应商的APQP进行协调，并控制供应商APQP的输出

6. Coordinate internally relevant departments (R&D, PE, PQE, IQC, PUR etc.) for the required deliverables submission with evaluation in order to ensure the project milestones as the supporter of project manager.

负责推动项目各阶段按要求提交文件资料和样件;

7. Responsible the control plan of dedicated projects and transfer control plan to PQE after SOP;

负责专门项目的控制计划，并在正式生产后转移给过程质量工程师；

8. Support the creation of PFMEA by PE;

支持工艺做PFMEA，团队合作PFMEA

9. Support the PQE to establish MSA, visual inspection standards and IQC for incoming inspection plan. 确保新产品的开发按照客户及APQP要求进行,确保供应商零部件的开发符合APQP要求, 准备新产品各个阶段的控制计划、MSA, 外观手册, PPAP;

10. Lead the PPAP internally and submit PPAP to customer for approval; After SOP, transfer PPAP to PQE;

领导PPAP，并提交PPAP给客户审批；正式生产后，将PPAP转给过程质量工程师；

11. Support to provide the technical information to the customer quality engineers when there's the customer feedback/claims after SOP.

如果有客户反馈、投诉，协助提供信息；

岗位要求 Requirements：

1.机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上相关工作经历

Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent, with at least 3 year’s relevant experience

2.了解机械制造过程，熟悉产品结构和生产流程

Understand mechanical manufacturing process and equipment, familiar with product structure and process flow of production line

3.熟悉ISO 9001, IATF16949过程控制方法

Familiar with requirement of process control in ISO 9001, IATF16949 series standard;
