Act as a liaison between Leybold China VTS team and key channel.
成为莱宝技术服务团队和重要渠道的连接者
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channels.
建立,维护和管理与现有及潜在重要渠道的关系。
Coordinate the involvement of Leybold, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet channels performance objectives and expectations.
协调公司内部资源,包括支持,服务和管理资源,以满足渠道的绩效目标和期望。
Assist key channels in their sales activities such as customer visit, technical training, new product training etc.
协助重要渠道的销售活动,如客户访问,技术培训,新产品培训等
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned key channels

Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channels and direct teams

Participate in a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis

Requirements:
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or engineering.
机械或工程学本科学历
2. Previous experience of driving channels sales ideally within similar market
类似相关市场推动渠道销售的工作经验
3. Above 5 years solid sales experience, knowledge on vacuum or general industry are preferred.
具有真空或工业领域5年销售经验者优先考虑
4. Good Relationship & people skills development ability;

5. Excellent presentation & negotiation skills;

6. Excellent verbal and written English required
