Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Lead team to handle customer claims timely.
领导团队及时处理各类客户投诉。
2. Manage after-service team, arrange the daily work and make sure the team work effectively.
管理好售后服务团队,安排团队成员日常工作,确保团队运转有效。
3. Gather customer complaints, comments and requirements, then coordinate all relative departments to push the plant and suppliers to improve products quality and optimize their procedures.
收集客户投诉、意见和要求等,协调各相关部门,推动工厂、供应商等改善产品质量、流程。
4. Lead team to provide good after sales work for customers, including warranty repairing and charge repairing.
领导团队积极响应客户售后服务要求,包括产品质保维修、保外维修等。
5. Build good communication channel with customers and manage customer satification. Provide good service to support sales business
与客户建立良好的沟通渠道,管理客户满意度,作为销售团队的坚强后盾,做好产品售后服务方面的工作。
6. Train the team to improve product service capability continuously to resolve all aftersales problems.
培养团队产品服务方面的技能并持续提高,解决各种产品售后问题。
7. Support the service supplier to build aftersales capability from technical and process aspect.
为服务商建立售后服务能力提供技术、流程支持。
8. Participate in quality department affairs and actively communicate with incoming inspection team and process quality engineer on each problem finding.
参与质量部事务,与检验团队、过程质量工程师积极沟通工作中所发现的问题。
9. Issue Weekly/Monthly reports.
准备周报、月报。
Experience & Background
1. More than 3 years customer claim handling experices in related area.
十年以上机械相关行业工作经验,三年以上相关领域的客户投诉处理经验。
2. Solid knowledge of hydraulic system application ,such as motor, PUMP, valve.
过硬液压系统应用知识,熟悉泵、马达及阀等工作原理和结构。
3. Open, optimistic and good awareness of self-study.
乐观,开放以及较好的学习意识。
