Since 4PL sits at the top of the value chain of logistic supply chain management, we're now looking for a manager with strong leadership skills on senior stakeholder management, performance drive & gap closing, value creation innovation.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and further improve:
61 Lead the team to deliver various business growth, adapt to transformation environment
61 Collaborate with stakeholders to create value to customers with integrated solutions
61 Co-work with digital innovation team to develop digital platform
61 Develop entrepreneurship, commercial awareness, can-do attitude in the team
61 Develop talent and prepare for qualified pipeline
Key Responsibilities:
61 Ensure that the CoE teams adhere to service standards for:
o Resolving issues/query from customer and stakeholders
o Coordinating relevant stakeholders to perform end-to-end shipment process.
61 Create value to customers with integrated solutions, enhance customer experience
61 Improve working efficiency through digitalization and process optimization
61 Co-work with digital innovation team to maintain and enhance the digital platform functionality to fit for customer and business needs
61 Monitor data integrity of systems.
61 Follow up on Outstanding payments.
61 Ensure proper SOPs/IOPs are established and managed through process governance and performance measure
61 Proactively monitor and drive the performance of the designated set of customers, provide suitable recommendations and solutions
61 Work with the Sales / Client Program Manager etc. commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
Who we are looking for
61 A thorough understanding on company’s vision, mission
61 At least 10 years' working experience in related industry.
61 In-depth knowledge of vendor/3PL performance management
61 Expertise in the market dynamics of Chemical industry and insight of supply chain to drive addon value to customer
61 Expertise on project management, stakeholder management, data savvy, very good communication, passion to co-create with customer and stakeholders to get business insight for value creation
61 Great team spirit and experience in coaching is a must
61 Can-do attitude
61 Good interpersonal communication skill
61 Fluent in spoken and written English
