Innovative Product Leader

1. Innovative product design: Responsible for customer new requirements analysis and product design proposals

2. Innovative product development: Collaboration with technical process team in pilot validation and industrialization

3. Innovative product suppliers: deliver technical specifications to components suppliers and follow up

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze customer requirements, translate, and deliver to internal team

2. Cooperate with R&D, MKT, buyer and SQE in new supplier screening and technical specification definition

3. Make meticulous 2D/3D design, with the customers input and internal innovation

4. Feasibility checking report & proposals (Glass bending feasibility, Tool and process feasibility, Pre-assembly feasibility,Simulation report)

5. Define proper DFMEA

6. Make precise CC/SC LIST

7. DV&PV test list, update the product design if any test fails

8. Follow pilot runs to understand the development and product improvement

9. List and follow up all issues of the pilot runs together with technical team, update the product design if any trail fails

10. Cooperate with project, tooling, planning, production, quality team during development, update the product specification sheet during mass production stage

11. Design Lesson& Learnt list

Job Requirements：

Education: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields
