China AE Job Description
● Work with customers and regional sales at transformer projects to ensure good win rate.
● Pre-sales support at the customer's site, product/solution introduction, solution Q&A, on site problem analysis, and so on. Provide professional technical support and training to OEM customers.
● Provide product configuration based on customer requests.
● Frequent communication with Global PM and Engineering team to ensure all customer demands can be moved forward smoothly. Help global team quickly understand the issues encountered and drive for solution.
● In charge of Price strategy and provide quotation in time.
● Base on Qualitrol products, advantage and value proposition to pursue and develop breakthrough plan, no limited to industries, applications, segmentation, localization, etc.
● Participate in marketing activities to promote Qualitrol brand.
● Training sales team about our product value proposition and improving the sales team products capability
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
● Bachelor University Degree with engineering major.
● 5-8 years engineering experience on electrical products/system
● Experience working with international company.
● Good English language competency, verbal and written.
● Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Strong team orientation and have good experience in a multifunctional communication working environment.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
● Like to challenge him/herself to jump out the box, and eager to win, even in a very tough market environment.
● Good performance record in pervious company
● Good sense in market and sales management
● Work hard and careful with details.
