Key responsibilities
1. Rewards boutique (product & Cash coupon program) management:
- Cash coupon program:
- Design and propose cash coupon tier with forecast impact on margin.
- Execute cash coupon program with timely cross function communication incl. (Retail, EB, PO, Tech, Marketing and Finance)
- Continuously track performance and business uplift from cash coupon program, member retention rate improvement and optimization proposal.
- Product assortment planning and product allocation:
- Work closely with manager on product assortment strategy and product allocation planning.
- Work with internal function and agency to operate rewards boutique product refreshment, including product procurement, page design, content management tool operation, logistic, weekly tracking analysis, etc.
- Reward boutique system maintenance and upgrade
- Collaborates closely with all supporting functions to ensure a smooth customer journey in Rewards boutique across EC and BM touchpoints
- Work closely with manager to enhance current redemption flow and mechanism, to achieve a more efficient internal process while still securing a smooth user flow
2. Upgrade current member loyalty program:
- Work closely with manager to identify the areas of improvement of current loyalty program.
- Upgrade current members benefits and create an efficient lifecycle communication.
3. Support manager on other regional Ad Hoc projects
Professional experience and qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills and matters details.
2. Experience in managing EC site operation or points redemption operation
3. Good understanding of consumer marketing in beauty industry
4. Proactive, meticulous and ability to handle multi-tasks with fast paces
5. Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, good in oral and written English, as well as MS office software.
6. Analytics skill and experience is preferred, i.e., SQL, python
