Position Description: Lead a multinational Reverse Flow team: strategically delegate tasks, align direction with organizational goals, and steer progress to meet objectives. Manage and develop multinational specialists, fostering collaboration and accountability. Coordinate local policy issuance for Multinational insurance programs to ensure seamless client experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriters, Operations, Credit Control, Claims, etc., to resolve bottlenecks and maintain service quality.
Main responsibilities will include the following:
I. Team Management & Development
Oversee daily team operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals and career planning; ensure efficient, professional completion of policy issuance and related tasks.
II. Process Optimization & Standardization
Streamline Asia (Singapore/South Korea/Japan, etc.) local policy issuance processes for Multinational insurance programs, refining operational standards, risk control protocols and document management by integrating local market traits and business needs; drive adoption of digital tools (e.g., policy systems, automated workflows) to boost efficiency, accuracy and reduce operational risks.
III. Client Service & Relationship Management
Coordinate resolution of key needs and complex issues for the clients (e.g., referral offices, Singapore/South Korea/Japan local clients), including handling policy issuance, and customized clauses. Mobilize internal teams (Underwriters, Operations, etc.) to deliver efficient, compliant solutions that meet the client requirements and support smooth business workflows.
IV. Cross-Department/Cross-Regional Collaboration
Act as the primary coordinator with overseas headquarters and other regions; align with risk management, legal, IT, finance and other departments to ensure policy issuance complies with global compliance and local regulations; participate in global project, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
61 Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (people management experience is preferred).
61 3–5 years of experience working in an international environment.
61 Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
61 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express ideas and messages clearly.
61 Proven influencing skills: Ability to persuade and motivate others to act, even without executive authority.
61 Proficient command of English.
