2.R&D development timing schedule according to project time line

3.Responsible for design and implementation of product features according to collected and formalized customer requirement

4.Document system requirements and manage traceability matrices to ensure the design achieves all the requirements

5.Product owner and responsible to drive and leading R&D function teams (e.g. software, electrical, mechanical, validation test and functional test etc.) to achieve project technical development plan, ensure development team communication transparent and report in proper channel

6.Ensure project deliverables meet customer technical requirement or specification (including DVPR), on time and within budget.

7.Responsible Key User for core business processes (and corresponding tools), such as Product Evolution Process, System Engineering Process, PROCO Sample Process and Engineering Change Management

8.Technical interface to customer and to internal departments, Leading and delegating related working package to development team

9.Technical support for product industrialization

10.Build the long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers

11.Support Quality team for in-depth product failure analysis

12.Recommend product modifications based on financial impact (VAVE)

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

(Minimum requirements on education, training, industry experience , skills/competencies, etc. to fulfill the position /列举岗位所需最低教育、培训、行业经验、技能、技巧等)

à Bachelor’s degree with engineering background plus minimal 5 years working experience or Master degree plus minimal 3 years working experience

à Solid technical knowledge in mechanical or electronics design for auto parts/components (especially panel switches or embedded electronics components).

à Good communication skills both with customers and internal project team, Good interpersonal skills

à Organized, logic, analytic way of thinking.

à Absorptive to new product technology and process skills
