Product Team Leader（ Product Design）

1.Responsible for the overall management of product design team.

2.Develop team competence for BCZ project portfolio.

3.Work with project manager for project planning and execution. Overall tech responsibility for new product development.

4.Effectively support production, quality and sourcing to make smooth current product maintenance.

5.Transparent communication between China and Bomag HQ;

6.Other tasks assigned by Dept. manager/company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering field;

2.5 years above relevant experiences in heavy constructive machinery, road building machinery will be preferred; and 3 years above team management experience.

3.Proficiency in use 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Pro-engineer, UG etc) CAD software.

4.Hardworking, accountable and willing to work under pressure;

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills;

6.Good command of both spoken and written English.
