岗位职责
1. FAI quality confirmation:water angle/ warpage/ shift, SAT images check, follow the production process, handle abnormal issue
2. Operation method audit and training
3. Project document preparation and update
4. DoE recipe setting and data collection
5. Machine buyoff and MBO report outputs
6. Support new product/process/material evaluation and introduction
任职要求
1. 3年以上封装工艺经验
2. 本科及以上学历
2. 掌握质量相关如SPC、Control Plan、PFMEA、OCAP等规范要求；
3. 熟练使用CAD软件；
4. 有封装可靠性及线上trouble shooting经验。
