84 Follow co-design activities developing 3D models in concept & technical feasibility phase with support from reference

84 Lead development activities, with support from reference to ensure all documentation on design activities for content and accuracy, CAD data feasibility and reliability, assure timely deliverables

84 Responsible for maximize commonalities & platform approach on different product versions with support from reference

84 Follow design guide lines and quality procedures, ensure parts design and manufacturability, with main support of reference & technologist and process engineers

84 Upon reference request to attends reviews or matchability events at customer site; and be available on-site support customer plants in case of specific mechanical potential issues for a long term

84 Responsible for mold and part validation and solve running products issues

84 Be able to use MM development tools (MDS/APIS/PDM-LINK…)

84 Support company to realize cost down and high-technology development

84 Support reference to maintenance lesson learn and benchmark data base

任职要求：

84 At least 5 years of experience in automobile component design

84 Familiar with 3D design tool of Pro-E or CATIA

84 Mechanical know how and methodology

84 Good English both at oral and writing, fluent communication skills is a plus

84 Customer orientation, able to work under pressure works motivation

84 Capability to work with multinational distributed teams
