负责CAE分析相关的计划制定、分析优化、报告输出、委外管理、体系建设及其他工作。

Responsible for planning, analysis optimization, report output, outsourcing management, system construction, and other work related to CAE analysis.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

61 负责对整车、系统及零部件进行相关NVH、结构强度耐久、碰撞、CFD、多体动力学、动力性及经济性等仿真分析中的一种或数种分析。

Be responsible for one or more of the relevant CAE analysis including NVH, structural strength & fatigue durability, crash, CFD, dynamics, power performance & Economy analysis, etc. of the whole vehicle, systems and parts.

61 负责新项目产品中CAE分析相关工作，包括分析大纲制定、分析指标确认输入、分析模型建立、分析工作开展、分析报告编制与说明、优化方案制定与验证、实物试验结果对比分析等。

Responsible for CAE analysis related work in new project products, including formulation of analysis outline, confirmation of analysis indicators input, establishment of analysis model, development of analysis work, preparation and explanation of analysis report, formulation and verification of optimization plan, comparison and analysis of physical test results, etc.

61 负责产品质量提升、VAVE驱动设计方案的相关CAE分析工作。

Responsible for CAE analysis of product quality improvement and VAVE drive design proposals.

61 负责管理第三方委外CAE分析工作及审查第三方提供的相关输出物。

Responsible for managing third-party outsourced CAE analysis work and reviewing relevant output material provided by third parties.

61 负责CAE分析体系的建设，包括制订分析程序及分析标准等。

Responsible for the construction of the CAE analysis system, including the development of analysis procedures and standards.

61 负责CAE分析设备和软件的采购和管理工作。

Responsible for the procurement and management of CAE analysis equipment and software.

61 负责上级交办的其他工作。

Responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格:

任职要求/ Qualifications：

61 汽车工程、力学、机械工程等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，3年及以上CAE分析相关工作经验者优先。

Bachelor's degree or above in automotive engineering, mechanics, mechanical engineering, or related fields. 3 years or above of CAE analysis related work experience is preferred.

61 熟练使用HyperWorks、Simcenter 3D、Adams、STAR CCM+ 、Matlab、GT-suite、nCode、LS-DYNA、Abaqus、Nastran、ANSA、Catia等汽车CAE分析相关分析软件者优先。

Proficient in using automotive CAE analysis related analysis software such as HyperWorks、Simcenter 3D、Adams、STAR CCM+ 、Matlab、GT-suite、nCode、LS-DYNA、Abaqus、Nastran、ANSA、Catia is preferred.

61 熟悉汽车性能、构架及关键零部件，具有较强的创新意识。

Be familiar with auto capability, truss and key parts, high innovation consciousness.

61 良好的英语沟通能力，大学英语四级以上。

Good English skills, English CET4 and above.

61 良好的敬业精神，认真负责的工作态度。

Good working spirit, and good working responsibility.
