**Overview**:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Logistics Manager** to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in China and the USA. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage planning, forecasting, and implementation of logistics processes, including establishing and coordinating 3PL systems for container loadings and scheduling. The ideal candidate will work closely with a logistics coordinator to ensure seamless operations and distribution, both locally and internationally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize container loading, scheduling, and distribution processes.

- Manage and establish 3PL systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in supply chain operations.

- Collaborate with the USA distribution team and local logistics coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

- Plan, forecast, and analyze logistics needs to support company goals.

- Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and provide data-driven solutions for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

- Lead, train, and oversee logistics team members to achieve departmental objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on planning and forecasting.

- Proven experience in managing 3PL systems and container logistics.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, especially for the USA.

- Advanced skills in logistics software and data analysis tools.
