海外财务经理

1.Accounting:

1） Complete and manage the daily accounting work for oversea activieties, and complete the month end closing within the target date.

2）Perform AR and AP invoice process including staff expenses claims and vendor invoice date, preform third party account balance reconcliation.

3）Manage the Fixed asset and inventory in Mexico, deal with every month accounting work, and arrange the physically count for fixed asset and inventory every year. Ensure the assets safety and accuracy.

2.Tax: Assistance the corporate tax team Plan business mode and transfer prices between Mexico with China, and provide tax guidance to the US and Mexico subsidiaries and assist them to obtaining tax incentives, regularly check and manage tax risks for oversea subsidiaries

3.Cash: Assistance the corporate cash team. Analyze currency exchange rate fluctuations, identify and reasonably avoid foreign exchange risks, and ensure proper allocation of funds for overseas subsidiaries

4.Cost & Budget:

1) Assistance the corporate cost team, collecting and sorting out the cost data of each project, establishing the cost data ledger and database.

2)Assistance the corporate budget team, exercise budgetary control, as a business partner, provide financial analysis data to the business team

5. Internal control:

1) Inspect Mexico financial related internal control in line with Group standard.

2)Provide financial compliance training to Mexican employees
