1、Main contact to supplier to manage the material quality and claim issue.主要联系供应商管理物料质量和索赔问题。

2、Drive supplier corrective actions towards prevention mode.推动供应商采取纠正措施以达到预防模式。

3、Technical support to SCM team on component quality issues。就零部件质量问题向供应链团队提供技术支持

4、Lead various supplier audit in the qualification process, as well as supporting customer audit at supplier premises. 在认证过程中领导各种供应商审核，并支持客户在供应商现场审核。

5、Lead and manage SPR system and operation. Enhance the entire supplier management system.领导和管理SPR系统和运行。完善整个供应商管理体系。

6、Cooperates in local and global quality management team or projects.与本地和全球的质量管理团队或项目合作。

7、Lead supplier improvement on both QMS and production process so as to improve the product quality.领导供应商改进质量管理体系和生产工艺，以提高产品质量。

8、Process analysis on supplier production line.供应商生产线的工艺分析。

Required know how and skills:

1、3-5 years quality control experience.3-5年质量管理经验。

2、Good Knowledge and Problem Solving Skills on EMS relative components manufacture and control processes.良好的EMS相关部件制造和控制流程知识和解决问题的能力。

3、Be familiar with ERP system.熟悉ERP系统。

4、Understand EMS products manufacturing process.了解EMS产品制造流程。

5、Good Knowledge and experience on analysis with quality tools, such as 8D,SPC, FMEA, PPAP and so on.具备8D，SPC， FMEA， PPAP等质量分析工具的知识和经验。

6、Good writing and oral English.良好的英语口语和写作能力。

7、Basic supplier quality knowledge on NPI/project management.关于新产品导入/项目管理的基本供应商质量知识。
