Finance Controller-财务经理

2.Financial Work财务工作1）Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual forecast & actual analysis report;负责月度、季度、年度预测和实际分析报告；2）Support the plant annual business plan creation and budget control;协助制定年度业务计划以及预算控制；3）Complete the monthly forecasting process by compiling forecasting models and loading the data into corporate Hyperion system;编制预测模型，完成月度预测流程，并将相关数据上传到公司HFM系统；4）Provide sufficient financial analysis support for the plant;为工厂提供充分的财务分析支持；5）Ensure the plant financial controls / systems are robust and effective including SOX Compliance;确保工厂财务控制系统有效，包括SOX合规；6）Preparation of capital appropriation request; 准备资本批款申请；7）Cost Analysis & control;成本分析与控制；8）Support plant in business case creation and review;协助工厂进行商业案例的创建与回顾；9）Develop and implement ERP Business On project.按照项目特性，开发和实施系统。

Qualifications任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or above;本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业；

2.Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in MNC of manufacturing industry;5年及以上制造业跨国公司，财务专业领域相关工作经验；

3.Fluent English Communication skills;能够使用英语沟通；

4.Proficient in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint熟练使用OFFICE，特别是EXCEL和PPT;

5.Solid Experience of ERP system with experience of SOX;熟悉ERP系统，熟悉SOX;

6.Rich knowledge in accounting and be familiar with HFM system具有丰富的会计知识，熟悉HFM系统知识；

7.Be familiar with PRC and US GAAP, Tax/Safe Rules;了解中国和美国GAAP，以及税务/安全规则；

8.Sensitive to number and has strong sense of responsibility;对数字敏感，责任心强;

9.Uncompromising judgement towards confidentiality and business ethics;严守保密原则与商业道德底线的评判准则；

10.Result-oriented, with the ability to predict risks and opportunities from a financial perspective;以结果为导向，具有从财务角度预测风险和机会的能力；

11.Strong sense of teamwork and communication and coordination skills.有强烈的团队合作意识与沟通协调能力.
