AliCloud Engineer (DevOps)Job Missions• Provide Level 2 technical support for Alicloud related issues.• Create and maintain servers on the Alicloud platform.• Monitor system resources and performance.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.• Create and submit tickets to Level 3 support for complex issues.• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system stability and efficiency.• Stay up-to-date on the latest Alicloud technologies and best practices.Requirements• 2-3 years of experience working with Alicloud.• Solid understanding of DevOps principles.• Experience with server management and resource monitoring.• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Chinese language proficiency is required.• Alicloud certification is a plus.
