Functional Safety Engineer/功能安全工程师

1.负责公司安全过程的维护和贡献（组织过程、管理过程、开发过程等）。

2.负责与客户和供应商就安全相关要求进行沟通。

3.负责系统、硬件和软件设计的HARA分析、功能和技术安全要求。

4.负责安全关键保证过程的需求评审和测试用例评审

5.使用FMEA、FMEDA、FTA、DFA、危险分析和风险评估（HARA）以及替代安全分析方法等方法，领导定性和定量分析

6.与设计团队合作，为所有BCS产品线开发有效的解决方案、实施和验证稳健的安全设计

7.支持客户会议、活动和问题。

1.Responsible for the company safety process maintainace and contribution (organization process, management process, development process,

etc.).

2.Responsible for communication with customers and suppliers for safety related requirements.

3.Responsible for the HARA analysis, functional and technical safety requirement for system, hardware and software design.

4.Responsible for requirements review and test case review for safety-critical assurance processes

5.Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis, using methods such as FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA, Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA),and

alternate safety analysis approaches

6.Collaborate with design teams in the development of effective solutions, implementation, and validation of robust safety design to all BCS product

lines

7.Support customer meetings, activities, and issues.

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above,major in electrical or embeded software;

2.3+ years of technical experience, which may be in the field of electronic hardware, software, or systems engineering, or a combination of all

these.And 1+ years experience in design and development with application of Safety standards ISO26262 and IEC61508

3:Have certain system architecture design capabilities, be able to design safety assurance solution at system level.

4.Good at teamwork, cross-function communication and problem-solving skills

5.Fluent in both written and oral English .

1. 本科及以上学历，电气或嵌入式软件专业；

2. 3年以上的技术经验，可能在电子硬件、软件或系统工程领域，或所有这些1年以上安全标准ISO26262和IEC61508的设计和开发经验

3. 具有一定的系统架构设计能力，能够设计系统级的安全保障解决方案。

4. 善于团队合作、跨职能沟通和解决问题的能力

5. 英语口语和书面流利。
