财务实习生 Finance Intern（可转正）

1. 对账与做账:

o 协助财务团队进行日常账务处理，包括账单审核、费用报销及账目核对。

o 参与月度、季度和年度财务报表的编制工作，确保数据的准确性和完整性。

o 协助进行财务数据的整理和分析，提供相关财务报告支持。

2. 数据录入:

o 负责财务系统的数据录入工作，确保数据录入的及时性和准确性。

o 协助维护和更新财务数据库，确保数据的完整性和一致性。

o 参与财务系统的优化和改进工作，提高工作效率。

3. 报税:

o 协助准备和提交各类税务申报材料，确保按时完成税务申报工作。

o 协助处理税务相关的日常事务，确保公司税务合规。

o 参与税务审计和税务筹划工作，提供相关支持。

任职要求:

61 财务、会计、经济等相关专业在校生或应届毕业生。

61 熟悉财务软件和办公软件（如Excel、Word等）。

61 具备良好的数据分析能力和细致的工作态度。

Responsibilities:

1. Reconciliation and Bookkeeping:

o Assist the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including invoice verification, expense reimbursement, and account reconciliation.

o Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

o Assist in organising and analysing financial data, providing support for related financial reports.

2. Data Entry:

o Responsible for data entry into the financial system, ensuring timely and accurate data input.

o Assist in maintaining and updating the financial database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

o Participate in the optimisation and improvement of the financial system to enhance work efficiency.

3. Tax Filing:

o Assist in preparing and submitting various tax returns, ensuring timely completion of tax filing tasks.

o Assist in handling daily tax-related matters, ensuring company tax compliance.

o Participate in tax audits and tax planning, providing relevant support.

Requirements:

61 Current student or recent graduate in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.

61 Familiarity with financial software and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

61 Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

61 Good communication skills and team spirit.

61 Relevant internship experience is preferred.
