- Provide technical solutions to customers using a combination of experience and MAGMA casting process simulation

结合工作经验和MAGMA模拟软件为客户提供技术解决方案

- Visit customers regularly to gather information and provide on-site casting process support

定期拜访客户，收集信息，提供现场铸造过程支持

- Training for new and existing customers

为新客户和现有客户提供培训

- Handle customer support inquiries

处理客户技术支持需求

- Provide project service for new and existing customers

为新客户和现有客户提供项目服务

- Work closely in a team with our Marketing, Sales and MAGMAacademy to transfer technical knowledge and strengthen MAGMA as the leading casting process simulation provider in China

与市场，销售和MAGMAacademy（MAGMA培训学院）紧密合作传输技术知识，巩固MAGMA作为中国领先的模拟铸造软件提供者的地位

- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers through excellent technical support通过技术支持与客户建立维护良好的关系

Requirements

任职要求:

-Bachelor degree or above major in casting, materials or metals;

本科及以上学历，铸造、材料或金属相关专业；

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large scale casting organization with good knowledge on continuous casting process, materials and metal handling;

5年以上大中型铸造厂工作经验，熟悉连续制造工艺，且对材料和金属处理有深入的了解；

-Familiar with at least one 3-D drawing software, e.g. UG, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro/E;

熟悉至少1种绘图软件，如UG, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro/E；

-Experience in casting process simulation software is preferred;

有模拟软件背景优先；

-Be proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook);

精通办公软件（PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook）；

-Good communication skills, team work ability and strong power on implement;

良好的沟通技巧、团队工作能力和执行能力；

-Basic English level or be willing to improve English level when necessary is highly preferred.

具备基本英语水平者或有意愿因工作需要提升英语水平者优先。
