MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 With mindset of anticipation, communicating with customers or sales to identify the accuracy of sales forecast or order. And leverage customer demand based on production capability to avoid back order.
61 Interaction with related team to justify the feasibility from sales orders to delivery in terms of constrains, such as materials, labors etc.
61 Input confirmed order book into SAP and tracking progress to fulfill customer delivery requirements including consignment order.
61 Maintain customer website for confirmed orders and monitor delivery information.
61 Fully understand production capability (BCT, resource, changeover etc.) and identify gap between capacity and customer order requirements.
61 Based on above knowledge, fulfilling customer order by systematical production plan and communication with PTL.
61 Has mindset of Anticipation to release demand in SAP as accuracy as possible by fully understand historic delivery and future forecast given by sales.
61 Interaction with materials planner to understand materials stock and issue, and with PTL to understand production status (labor, equipment etc.), and with Warehouse for shipping.
61 Manage all materials requirement in SAP
61 Ensure alignment of vendor capacity with forecast, and follow up payment to vendors
61 Replenishment of materials with mindset of inventory control.
61 Understand supplier capacity and product process
EXPERIENCE:
61 College Graduate
61 3+ Yrs experience in operation and planning
61 Be able to communicate and write in English.
61 Communication and Negotiation skills
61 Anticipation mindset
61 Resilience to achieve targets
61 SAP preferred.
