QA Supervisor 质量主管

Typical Duties

1. To be responsible for the QA Executive for all QA aspects of RS China according to the requirements of the RS China Quality Management System.

2. To update the Quality Manual and review the required procedures and activities to ensure the effective Quality Management System of RS China.

3. To Review the calibration and servicing requirements for supporting the Company’s products, and to ensure the procedures of test equipment can meet current and future requirements.

4. To investigate and report the defects of all the Company’s products and to negotiate with the supplier for improvement.

5. Maintenance the QA audit record and sep up the correct action for each dept.

6. Uses statistical method to design, monitor, measure and analyze quality indicators.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in management, English or related major

2. Min. of 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance, min. of 3 years as a manager position in foreign company;

3. Familiar with the ISO Standard of telecommunication industry.

4. Fluent written and spoken English is a must;

5. Good communication skill

6. Good knowledge of MS office

7. Have a good sense of responsibility and team work
