61 Execute booking space, customs clearance and delivery / pick- up arrangement, job close and invoice, AR payment collection on time.

执行订舱，清关，发货/提货安排，工作结束和发票，应收款及时回款

61 Feedback to overseas agents on executed activities and incurred charges.

向海外代理商反馈已执行的活动和产生的费用

61 Ensure customers’ satisfaction and business retention by providing timely, friendly and excellent operation.

通过提供及时、友好和卓越的运营，确保客户满意度和业务维系

61 Good communication with all concerning parties and service providers.

与所有相关方和服务提供商进行良好的沟通

61 Any other tasks assigned and report in time if any irregular situation occur.

完成分配的其他任务，如有异常情况及时报告

Requirements

61 College degree or above.

大专或以上学历

61 2-5 years’ experiences in freight forwarding company, Familiar with the custom clearance procedure.

2-5年货运代理公司工作经验，熟悉清关流程。

61 Good computer skills, Good Communication skill.

熟练操作电脑及OFFICE软件运用，良好的沟通能力

61 working carefully and seriously, have patience, have a strong sense of responsibility, good team working, hardworking spirit

61 Willing to learn new things
