Senior Accountant

Location: Suzhou Wujiang District（工厂与苏州工业园区之间有班车提供）

Roles and Responsibilities:

61 Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility.

61 Maintaining accurate accounting within area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.

61 Leading the monthly accounting closure related to GL ledger and ensure local and group reporting submission on time.

61 Reviewing financial result (P&L and B&S) against with the budget and the latest months.

61 Maintaining B/S account reconciliation and details at every month end.

61 Preparation on the monthly/quarterly/annual tax return and assist with auditor for the final declaration.

61 Preparation on statutory audit with external auditor and ensure full compliance.

61 Assist Finance Manager in preparing annual financial budget and rolling forecast.

61 Assist on the company policy formulation in line with standard operation principle of Group, promoting best practice and standardized process implementation.

61 Participate in the on-going developments of in-house ERP system inventory and costing module setup, including tracking of markdown sales and stock provision etc.

61 Ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by reported manager.

Daily:

1. Key user for ERP expense booking and check the payment request

2. Fixed Assets Module (Capex Activate/New Added/Disposal/Depreciation)

3. Cost accounting, analysis the difference

4. Weekly Dashboard

5. Solve the daily questions submitted by AR/AP/Other Dept.

6. Long term advanced payments/ GR not IR report and do the clearing.

7. Continuous improvement, and any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

8. Other reports required by local and headquarters

Monthly:

1. Monthly Closing (check and accrue monthly expense which GR not IR, HFM Loadfile)

2. Monthly Fixed Asset Report

3. Monthly Analysis between Actual and Forecasting

4. Monthly Payroll Booking

5. AFIS/PRC/MRC/KPI/QSR Report etc.

6. Inter-company business

7. In charge of regular accounting self-review and testing work to ensure completeness and accuracy. e.g., monthly revenue recognition and cut-off testing

Quarterly:

1. Forecasting Quarterly and Business Planning (Involve the Capex and OverHead)

2. Bad Debt Report

3. Defer Tax Calculation

Yearly:

1. Fixed Asset Count and do the impairment test.

2. Be in charge of Audit (Yearly Audit/EIT Audit/Sox Audit), communicate with auditors and check the draft audit report.

3. Yearly Closing

4. Dead Tooling/Stock booking

Qualification Required:

1. BS degree in accounting, finance or a related field.

2. 5+ years working experience in multinational companies, at least 2 years at senior level, supervisor level or having experience in leadership is a plus

3. Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP.

4. Familiar with ERP system, SAP is a plus

5. CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus

6. English is fluent in both oral and written

7. Problem solving minded, dynamic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.

8. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability

9. Solid Accounting knowledge, especial for GL management

10. Good technical knowledge of accounting and finance management

11. Familiar with AR, AP, Tax, Cost, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting
