PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for various Sea Freight export documents, work closely with Operation.（美线，美加线，南美线优先）
1. Confirm the shipment on board with the shipping line or co-loader.
2. Confirm/issue bill of lading with the shipper after sailing.
3. Confirm/Issue local invoices to the shipper.
4. Document information input in the operating system.
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree.
2. Fluent in written and oral English, CET-4 or above.
3. Minimum one year operation working experience in forwarding industry.
4. Familiar with seafreight export document procedure and forwarding related knowledge.
5. Strong sense of responsibility; Patient; Good interpersonal and communication skill.
6. Proactive, positive-thinking, dedicate to services and discipline and rules.
