kuka机器人调试

1. 机器人示教、PLC配置、编程、调试等；

Robot teaching, PLC/configuration, programming, debugging, etc

2. 与机械工程师及电气工程师交流，确认非标设备的机器人调试要求，保证联动调试完整；

Communicate with mechanical engineer and electrical engineer to confirm the robot debugging requirements of nonstandard equipment to ensure the linkage debugging is complete

3. 解决自动化项目运作过程中机器人的技术问题；

Solve the technical problem of robot in the automation project

4、排查生产调试过程中机器人故障及现场操作培训；

Troubleshooting robot failure during production and commissioning and on-site operation training

5、机器人周边电缆、安全设备的连接及信号分配设置；

Connection and signal distribution Settings of peripheral cables and safety equipment of the robot

6、熟悉机器人IO接口原理，会至少2种以上网络通讯配置，Profinet、DeviceNet、CC-Link、Profibus等；

Familiar with robot IO interface principle, can at least 2 kinds of network communication configuration, such as Profinet, DeviceNet, cclink, Profibus, etc

7、完成上级交予的其他工作

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
