QA Specialist（质量管理-手套）

1.熟悉并了解医用手套生产的全过程, 并且可以发现生产中潜在的风险;

Know how about the entire production process related to medical gloves, and being able to spot potential risk;

2.针对供应商给出意见或建议, 以此达到稳定生产和保证产品品质;

Give advice and proposal to suppliers in order to maintain a smooth product with good quality products;

3.检查并核实供应商的质量体系文件, 从而确保厂商可以基本按照ISO 13485以及MDR体系来运作工厂的生产;

Check paper work as well as verify suppliers’ quality assurance documents to safeguard the implementation of ISO 13485 as well as MDR regulation within the facility;

4.驻场至少一周甚至更多时间, 要视具体案子及项目情况而定;

Stay at facility up to 1 week or more based on different cases/project;

5.协助QC工作并在必要的时候给予相关的指导;

Support QC inspection as well as guide QC where needed;

6.其他部门领导安排的工作。

Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.

岗位要求Qulifications:

1.10年以上医疗手套行业经验, 有质量保证相关方面经验者优先;

10+ years’ experience in medical glove industry (quality assurance aspect preferred)

2.愿意根据Abena上海及丹麦总部要求进行不定期的出差(以手套为主, 但不仅限于手套)

Willing to travel around for random check if called by AC or HQ (mainly but not limited for glove category)

3.基本的英语邮件以及简单的英语会话;

Being able to write basic English report and basic oral English;

4.团队协作精神以及和Abena China团队良好的沟通;

Team work spirit and good communication with AC team;
