Job Scope of the Position工作内容

87 Take charge of structure design of motor development. (2D&3D drawing and assembly drawing etc.)

87 In charge of all design activities.

87 On time delivery of Technical solution, make sure design can meet product specification and pass qualification test.

87 On time delivery of competitor analysis and prototype sample testing.

87 Be responsible for tolerance analysis.

87 Build BOM and do product DFMEA and other files etc.

87 Be responsible for design to cost.

87 Follow up productivity projects.

87 Handle customer complain(8D).

87 Other tasks assigned by leader.

Core Requirements(Technical / Managerial Competencies) 核心要求（技术/管理能力）

1. Having a 4 years engineering bachelor degree from university

2.Majored in mechanical design/ mechanical engineering / Mechanical Manufacture and Automation / Mechatronic Engineering field, have profession knowledge in mechatronic is preferred.

3. Engaged in curtain motor / small blind motor development at least 1 year from competitors’ company, or engaged in power tools, Household electrical appliances at least 2 years, have mechanical knowledge in motor design / gearbox design / home appliance / automotive / power tools field

4. Have knowledge on plastic injection, impact molding, pressure casting, extrusion technology

5.Knowing all necessary mechanical standard components like screws, washes, ball bearings, springs, gears application scenario

6. Knowing common used material like PA6 with GF , PA66 with GF, PC, POM, PMMA, PC/ABS, TPU, TPE, Zink Alloy characteristics and application scenario.

7. Have knowledge on stack-up calculation, DOE, 8D, FMEA etc. Know how to use these tools to analysis problems and find out root cause.

8. Skilled at using 3D design software ProE/Creo, solid works or CATIA, and also Auto CAD as well, knowing dimensions demonstration, tolerances set based on material physical characteristics and forming technology.

Preferred Requirements 建议要求

1. English required in both read and writing, fluent English speaking is preferred.

2. Having working experience of DC motor, Gear Box, NVH or FEA, Ts16969, IEC60335 is highly preferred

3. Positive working attitude with good initiative, team work spirit
