PQE过程质量工程师

1) 根据公司制定的体系和绩效目标，实施生产过程的质量管理

Implement quality management of process according to the system and performance targets by the company.

2) 车间过程质量表现评估和纠正措施要求

Process Quality Performance Evaluation and Correct Action Request

3) 过程质量问题和客户质量问题的纠正措施的要求及跟踪

Request and follow up for process quality issue and customer quality issue and correct action.

4) 负责对过程检验标准和指导书的制定和培训

Responsible for process quality inspect WI and training for inspector.

5) 负责对车间生产过程的质量问题解决和不合格品的控制。

Deal with process quality issue on work shop，and Non-conforming products control

6) 根据公司要求定期汇报相关工作输出，完成各类报表的数据采集、整理和提报工作

Report the related work output regularly according to the requirements of the company, complete the data collection, sorting and presentation of reports.

7) 领导安排的其他工作

Other tasks assigned by management team.

二、任职资格

1） 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、工程或者管理类相关专业；

College degree or above, major in automotive ，mechanical，engine or related.

2） 至少3年以上质量管理类相关工作经验；

At least 3 years of Quality Management related work experience.

3） 能用英语进行简单的日常沟通；

Able to have simple daily communication in English.

4） 很强的责任心、良好的沟通能力、应变能力强；

Good responsibility/communication skills/resourcefulness.

5） 具有很强的执行力及判断力，保密性强。

Good execution and judgment, strong confidentiality.

6） 具备IATF16949质量管理体系工作经验。

Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system.

7） 熟悉Formel Q，VDA6.3和6.5等客户要求；熟悉五大手册等质量工具。

Familiar with Formel Q，VDA6.3，VDA6.5，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，SPC and MSA；etc.
