Job Description:

As Senior Tester, implement function testing / automation testing / performance testing for each release. Can define test plan & strategy, implement test design and execution, setup automation framework, develop and maintain automation script, execution test script based on request for each release, implement performance testing based on demand.

Responsibility:

1. Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

2. Communicate with 3rd vendor and client to improve quality of the release.

3. Perform manual test work from Test design, test execution, defect report and follow up tracking.

4. Developing and implementing test plans & test cases.

5. Perform automation test from framework initialize, scripting, execution and summarize.

6. Hands on automation experience with GUI and API.

7. Hands on performance experience based on demand

8. Performing manual testing Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies

9. Collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.

10. Coordinate end to end validation with various systems and vendor

Qualifications:

1. 5~10 years’ working experience on IT industry

2. Can handle both manual testing and automation testing independently.

3. Has real project experience which is involved in whole testing process or lifecycle

4. Has real project experience of mobility testing (app/wechat)

5. Has real project experience on automation testing GUI and API

6. Able to handle automation testing strategy definition, framework setup, automation testing implementation independently

7. Able to handle performance testing strategy definition, performance testing implementation independently

8. Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

9. Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues
