服务销售工程师

1.Achieve/exceed bookings, sales and profitability targets set for services business.

达到/超过为服务业务设定的订单、销售和盈利目标。

2.Grow the installed base business via solution selling and value-add services.

通过解决方案销售和增值服务发展服务业务。

3.Partner with service operations to identify and bridge support gaps, thereby improving service quality and driving customer satisfaction.

与服务运营团队合作，识别并填补支持方面的空白，从而提高服务质量，推动客户满意度。

4.Actively explore customer demand, improve customer relationship, expand the service business of belt curve such as spare parts, upgrading and service contract.

主动发掘客户需求，提升客户关系，拓展备件、升级改造、服务合同等服务业务。

5.Maintain comprehensive product application knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

掌握全面的产品应用知识，提供卓越的客户服务。

6.Handle spare parts quotations, track the status of quotes, and manage contracts.

负责备件报价，跟踪报价状态，并管理合同

7.Manage customer complaints effectively.

有效处理客户投诉。

8.Undertake other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

完成管理层分配的其他任务或职责。

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, etc., technical support related experience is preferred.

大学本科以上学历，机械、电气、机电一体化等专业，有技术支持相关经验优先考虑。

2. Sales background with 5 years’ experience, prefer in the material handling industry. Experience in Service sales will be a plus.

具有 5 年经验的销售背景，优先从事物料搬运行业。有服务销售经验者优先。

3.Good sales ability, analytical, creative and problem resolution skills.

良好的销售、分析和解决问题的能力。

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills , especially influencing and presentation skills.

良好的沟通和人际交往能力，尤其是影响力和表达能力。

5.Good study, written & spoken English.

良好的学习能力，英文能力。

6.Team spirit.

7.Able to work with frequent business trips.
